My name is Yevgeniy and this is my private practice. Massage has always been a part of my life although not always as my career. I was first exposed to it as a child; my mother was in medicine and frequently used basic bodywork at home to help alleviate small traumas or to relax the family. Then, as a young adult I was a member of mountain rescuer team. Learning massage was a crucial part of the training process because it was used to restore individuals who succumbed to the effects of low air pressure and high altitudes. It was only a matter of time before massage became the focus point of my career.
I am a graduate of the Swedish Institute, College of Health Science New York, licensed by the State of New York and certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. I am also a professional member of the American Therapy Association.
Currently I work at my office, and the S.L.E. Lupus Foundation where I educate and provide massage therapy.
I prefer to use a combination of eastern and western techniques tailored specifically to my clients to achieve the best results. Together, these approaches direct energy in the body and restore it through gentle physical manipulation.
But the most important characteristic about me, is that I enjoy making people healthier and happier.
